Not sure what to say?

To the Wilson family, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sorrow. Tom was a wonderful friend and coworker and was always there for us, his family at Ft Eustis. He will always be remembered as a special person who was a genuine friend to all he met. Tom will be missed. May you rest in peace Tom. We miss you.

To all who loved and respected Tom - he was such a friend to all - like the old soldier/airman he was, he was always there for everyone he met, whether the private, the general, or the person in the next cubicle. We will all miss Tom's smile and helping hands. Tom - blessings are on you and yours and keep the pearly gates ajar for all us friends, relatives, coworkers and customers - we all benefited from knowing you!

May you know that you have your neighbors' thoughts of deepest sympathy and sorrow for your loss. We care and are here for your support.

My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

To the Wilson Family and DOC Family - I am so very sorry for your loss. I had the opportunity to sit next to Tom for a couple of years at the DOC (2002-2004) and I definitely know about that loud booming phone voice (as my vendors did too). I also know that Tom was a kind, good hearted man, passionate about his work and sports. Always willing to lend a helping hand, never without a story and wonderful sense of humor. Rest in Peace Tom.........you will be missed.

Mrs. Wilson, I am sorry for the loss of Tom from this world, I know he is pain free. The impact and lives he has touch will sorely be missed. I pray that the blessing of our Lord and Saviour will be with you and comfort you during your time of need and loss.

Friend Renzer (Newport News)

I first met Tom in August 2001, when I arrived at Fort Eustis to start my Contracting Internship. He was instrumental in training me and made sure that I always had everything that I needed. He was like a father to me, in fact, I always told him that I was the daughter he never had. Even though, I departed Ft. Eustis at the end of my internship in 2003, Tom and I still kept in touch over the years. In fact, when he found out he was ill, he made a point to contact me so that I would hear...

You are Blessed to have had so many years with Tom.

May the Lord bless the Wilson Family during this time of loss. Tom Wilson was a great human being. Tom was my first trainer when I came into the Army Acquisition Corps, and he would crack me up when he would be on the phone talking loud enough for most people in the building to hear him. He will certainly be missed by a whole lot of people whose lives he has affected in so many ways.
