What a triumphant life story this is! I am utterly impressed by her and her accomplishments. In the past I received a note hand written by a brush and sumi ink (may have been a brush pen) in Japanese from Tami Takahashi. It was so beautifully calligraphed in a perfect classy Japanese that I thought she was born and educated in Japan. What an extraordinary lady she was. - Yoshiko Iwamoto WADA

Thank you for sharing Ms. Takahashi's remarkable life story. As a fellow Asian-American from the Bay Area, some of the injustices the Takahashis faced in the 1940s were particularly poignant and resonated with me. We hope that the promise of a more just world bring you comfort: God "loves justice, and he will not abandon his loyal ones.... The righteous will possess the earth, and they will live forever on it" (Psa. 37:28,29). - gk
