Toney passed away on Friday, September 30, 2016. Toney was a resident of Ragland, West Virginia at the time of his passing. He was married to Patricia. Funeral services will be held at the Chafin Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday October 4 2016 at 11:00am with Elder Eddie Layne and Bro. Timmy Layne officiating. Burial will follow in the Mahon Cemetery at Beech Creek WV. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday Oct. 3 2016 from 6-9pm. Pallbearers will be friends and family.
