We got to know Toni when our husbands worked and played softball together in Sterling in the 1980s. Toni was always fun and funny and very friendly and caring. Toni and Charlie were some of the first friends we had when we moved to Colorado. Toni was always very down-to-earth about things and didn't pull any punches.
