Tonnie, Kris and Becky were neighbors to us when we lived on Fort Stockton street in San Diego. I was friends for years with her son Kris until we moved to different parts of San Diego. However, my mother Gayle Mayo/Moyers remained friends for many of the following 30 years, so much so my mom even signed me up for Showbiz when they did an OZ remake. Tonnie was very sweet to put me front and center with my brother Paul. She realized I was a tone deaf teen that had no sense of rhythm, but...

Tonnie always easily shared her many talents. She was a loving friend, full of joy and laughter. We fondly remember the many Historical Society events and historical plays; our constant quest for best burger dinners; Valentine's Day at Nunu's; sharing emails with John; and her help with Barbara's Swedish genealogy. She will be forever missed. Our love and prayers go out to Jim, Becky and Kris and to all their families.
