Not sure what to say?

He still remains one of the nicest men I´ve ever known

Just now saw this and had to comment. Your Dad was one of the nicest sweetest men I have ever known. We met years ago doing a group therapy and remained friends for years. He lived close to my house on Park Street and I would see him occasionally in town or run in to him somewhere. He was a gift to all who had the good fortune to know him and I'm sure he will be missed by MANY and certainly you .

Dear Laurie, Rosann and family - I'm sorry to hear of Uncle Tony's passing. I have fond memories of both of your parents. Mom loved them very much. I always remember your dad as being such a substantial person in the community. He had an easy smile and abundant energy. When mom passed, Uncle Tony helped me better understand our family roots. On behalf of Tony Ayres' family, I would like to thank all of you for your lovely, kind and caring sentiments. Dad was an amazing man and very loved. Sincerely, Rosann Ayres Lopes

Mr. and Mrs. Ayres were neighbors of mine when I lived on the corner of Laurel Ave and Cypress Ave in Pacific Grove for 14 years. They were both kind and wonderful and they will be missed. Rest in Peace. Linda Hurley-Ham

After my father's death, he spoke to me about what an interesting man he was. Later when my mother passed, he was so kind and gracious. A few years later, he was dining with a group from FHM, and still remembered me, and my parents. He was a wonderful kind and gracious man. I will never forget him. I found his and Marjorie's red brick in...
