Not sure what to say?

Just pulled out my first ever watercolor painting and showed my kids. It's one that I made in Mr. Laing's class. He was such an inspiring and supportive teacher. You never forget the great ones. Rest on, Mr. Laing...

Tony with his girls on Mackinac Island. It's hard to believe he's been gone for 4 years now. Thank you all for such kind words & wonderful memories!

Just found out today. Mr. Laing was my kindergarten teacher at Cody elementary and my art teacher at Mckinley till 6th grade. He was one of the best teachers I have ever had and will not be forgotten.

Its been 1 year since you have passed away.. I miss you every day. You impact my life for the rest of my life.. And I hope you know that Dad.. I love you, always have, and always will.

He and I bonded like no other and he even invited me to go to the Detroit tigers game with him and his family. I am severely devastated by the news of finding out about his passing. I will miss him dearly. I wish I just had one more chance to talk to him. :( Rest in paradise, mr. Laing. <3

I was sorry to hear of Tony's passing. He was a great teacher. My daughter was in his kindergarten class at Cody the year the girls were born and has since graduated from Davison. He saw great potential in my daughter and she loved going to his class every day. We did loose touch after are move to Davison but you always remained a big part of Emily's drive to be the best she can. Thank you so very much for caring about her future. Rest in peace.

You are part of my fondest and funniest memories Tony. I had to say goodbye to you today,, but the service was perfect. The girls are the sweetest. I'm gonna miss you.
