Tony R. "Pac Man" Turner, age 30 of Brookfield, Wisconsin passed away Sunday, October 21, 2012. He was born on December 28, 1981 in Merrillville, Indiana. Tony was a longtime Portage resident and graduated from Portage High School in 2000. He still holds the Portage High School record for the longjump. Tony was very spontaneous. He loved Karaoke, exercising and remaining in good shape, and having fun.

He is survived by his father, McKinley (Greta) Turner of Portage, IN; his mother, Margie (Tony) Staples of Milwaukee, WI; 1 daughter, Desirae Turner of Hobart, IN; 1 step-son, Damyn Holt of Hobart, IN; grandmothers, Donna Ball of Chesterton, IN; Shirley Roberts of Portage, IN; 3 brothers, Tony (Michelle) Turner of Hobart, IN; Martez (Angelica) Ball of WI; Brandon (Laura) Turner of Valparaiso, IN; 2 sisters Annalisha Turner of Portage, IN; Theresa (Chamel) Reed of Cool Rapids, MN, and girlfriend, Anna Butzlaff of Brooksfield, WI.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Oliver Ball and George Roberts, grandmother, Lois Wright, 1 brother, Eric Ball and aunt, Angelica Piazza.

Funeral services are Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave. Portage. Burial will follow at Angelcrest Cemetery, Valparaiso, IN.
