Funeral services for Tony Soto Jr., 55, of Plainview will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21 at College Heights Baptist with the Rev. Don Robertson officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mr. Soto died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012.
