I had the privilege of meeting Tony in the early 60’s shortly after I had come to meet the Lord, myself. My lovely wife, Karole however, had known Tony for several years as he was part of the youth at Bethesda Missionary Temple in Detroit. Tony was a visionary and always had something “cookin’”. His heart was toward the youth and that is where he set his face. He was a compassionate soul, full of kindness and forever cheerful. His smile was infectious! We will see him again soon.

Tony and Linda ministered to me 30 years ago through The Sonlight Club. They fed my body by providing Christian music to dance to. They fed my spirit by providing a shining example of Christ. They fed my soul by providing Christian fellowship. They fed my mind by equipping me to serve through the drama arm of the Sonlight Club we called King's Players. I fully expect that when I see Tony in heaven, he will be serving up a perfect banquet in the Lord's House! I grieve his loss here, but...

David, Chantel and Linda, I am so sorry for your loss. Tony was such a tireless worker for the Lord and cared so much about this community. I am honored to have known him. He inspired many of us to get out of our comfort zones to reach out to youth. I pray you will be comforted in knowing he is with his LORD now. You all are in my prayers. May you feel God's comfort and strength as you follow in his footsteps in serving our Lord.

More than a Pleasure to Meet Tony & Linda. They put up with me for a few years at the Sonlight Club and more than a few Concerts. Always Kind, Loving, Patient and Joyful. Tony was my pastor at Grace Place, the first church I attended as an adult. He and Linda were integral parts of developing my Christian walk. I have so many fond memories of him, at church, at their lovely home, having them over for dinner. Many laughs, prayers, even some tears were all shed. He was such a blessing to many others as he fulfilled his purpose working for The Kingdom. He had a warm, loving personality and would go out of his way for anyone who was hurting.
