Not sure what to say?

Well Dad, It looks like I'm going to be the last one to do this.

It's amazing the way that the Lord works. God is forever putting us into situations or allowing us to experience and go through things for his devine purpose and sometimes it's not until we're in it, or we've gone through it, that we realize "WHY". This is where our trust and faith in him gets tested.

For the past 5 months I have been literally challenged with something that is more contesting than...

Dear Sandie, Tony, Jamie, Jazzmine, and Leticia,

Tony lived every moment of his life with energy, courage, compassion, hard work, laughter and love for his family, friends, and community. He exemplified living life to the fullest. Tony will always be an inspiration to us to use our time and talents to make a difference in this world through teaching, touching the lives of children and giving of ourselves to others around us. No matter what the call to action, Tony provided the...

Dear Family and Friends,
Please accept my deepest simpathies for your loss. I shared some enjoyable times with Tony and Rafael during those (D)Effective Schools Conferences.

Dearest Sandie, Jamie and Tony, It has taken me this long to be able to write something in the guest book. My heart is so full of love for you, your family and Tony. I met Tony when I was 17 years old and working in OSD. He taught me to have the passion and caring to help children and their families. I will always hold him dear to my heart. I remember the Profe days, the fundraisers for AMAE, and the scholarship awards to students. Whenever I needed help he was always there. I thank...

Dear Sandie,
I extend my deepest condolences to you, Tony Jr., Jamie, Leticia, Jazzmine, and the rest of your precious grandchildren. Sandie, you and Tony have always welcomed us into your home, and into your hearts. Tony was a wonderful man, and a loving Godfather to Little Robert. I know that Tony deeply loved you and your family that you had together. I know that up until it was time for him to leave, he wanted to be with you and he was happy because he was with you. May God take...

My prayers are with the Zubia family. I am deeply saddened at hearing of his passing. I will always respect the man / teacher that Mr. Zubia was, and an glad that I have known him, as well as many in his family.

Thirty years ago, I was a student in Mr. Zubia's first grade class. I have the most wonderful memories that will be cherished forever. To this day, just the memory of Mr. Zubia playing his guitar and singing "De Colores" brings a warm feeling and smile to my face. I've sang the same song to the children in my classroom a few times--but it has not sounded nearly as beautiful as when he sang it. Mr. Zubia took us out to the movies and I remember beaming with pride because I got to sit right...

what can be said at a moment like this, you just need to remember the time god gave you with him and to know you will be with him again.

To: The Zubia Family, We are sorry for your loss. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
