So very sorry to hear of Tootsie passing away. She was a dear sweet lady and friend. May God give the family comfort and peace during this difficult time.

Tootsie was one of the best women I have ever known. She was always ready to help when and wherever needed. She will be missed so very much.

Tootsie was one of the best women I've ever met. I spent a lot of time at her house with Cookie when we were young. She had a great sense of humor and gave the best advice.
