Tootsie was one of the best women I've ever met. I spent a lot of time at her house with Cookie when we were young. She had a great sense of humor and gave the best advice. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother too, I'm sure. My heart goes out to Cookie and her entire family. Rest in peace sweet angel.
