Torris "Jack" Pelichet Sr.

Jack was a good man with a very kind heart. I am forever grateful to him for the way he not only treated my brother, Andy, as if he was his own, but alos was very good to my family and I. Whenever we visited Baton Rouge he always took time out to spend with us. We will miss those times at Mike Anderson's. I first met Jack about nine years ago on a visit to Baton Rouge. I have visited Baton Rouge several times since, and each visit I found Jack to be the same caring, kind and jovial person that I met on my first visit. He was a person of strong faith and served God with humility. Jack was a good friend to the Goff family. We will all miss him. May God grant strength and comfort to his family and may Jack's soul rest in peace and rise in glory.

Many of us get very comfortable with certain things and people in our life, we take for granted what we have, and once it is taken away from us, we miss it. I had known Jack for many years at UniRoyal. Worked with him and his brother Danny. Knew their Father also. Had coffee with him also.

Please know that I am in deep sorry for all of you and your loss of Jack

To the entire family, I was visiting my parents just last week and I was thknking about him. My dad told me Sunday of his passing. He was very good and kind to me. I know you guys will miss him may the Lord strengthen and bring you comfort in the hard times.
