Not sure what to say?

I was going through my mother´s things and ran in to a bill for my sister´s emergency vascular surgery in 1968. My sister did not live through this tragic accident but I was so grateful to learn she was cared for by such an amazing surgeon and person.

Dr. Inahara was my parents (Sherman A. Shaw and Phyllis Eileen Brugman Shaw) favorite doctor. Many memories. May he rest in peace. James B. Shaw

I am so thankful for Dr. Inahara's care of my father. This was back in 1990. My dad suffered an aortic aneurysm and Dr. Inahara saved his life. His knowledge and expertise was crucial in saving him. I'm so grateful to him! Reading his obituary, I can see he had an amazing life. I'm so sorry he suffered the abuses back then because of his heritage. He lived in service to others; what an incredible man.

Sincere sympathy and heartfelt condolences to Dr Inahara´s family. We send you our kindest thoughts and prayers as you honor his legacy.

I worked in the medical staff office at PSV . When a physician moved into a new office , we would routinely send a house plant as a welcoming gift . Dr Inahara wrote a thank you note. I recall his beautiful hand writing. Thank you notes were a rarity but as was Dr Inahara `s way , he was gracious & honorable . In his later years , I would see him working out at the MAC . Always with determination & perfect form ! He held to high standards for himself and those he worked with . A life well...

A true doctor, pioneer and mentor in every sense of those words and probably the last of his generation before medicine became "corporatized".

We are saddened to have heard the news of your father. He came to our orchard in Hood River several years for apples, starting when Tim's uncle was his patient many years ago. Carrying on the tradition, and as the only Annala that's farmed since then, we'd have his apples ready and he would bring many gifts for us. Mostly Costco pumpkin pies! When he couldn't drive anymore, we made a few deliveries. He loved those apples. Our heartfelt condolences are to all of you. He will be missed. Tim and...

I'm very sorry to hear of Dr. Inahara's passing .He led a very long, productive life. I was a roomate of his daughter Sue and took a wonderful road trip with her and her sister Laurie many years ago. I would love to reconnect. I send tender thoughts to the entire family and hope for wonderful memories to help with the sadness. Most sincerely, Jan Koenig

My deepest condolences to you all with the passing of your beloved Father, grandfather and great grandfather. My mom, Lois Williams Johnston, grew up in Hillside just out of Forest Grove. She was quite a bit younger than Toshio. She died on Oct. 10th, 2022. She was 91 years old. She had gotten some dolls from Toshio's mother that were from Japan. She also remembers Toshio's mother coming out to harvest some kind of plant that was near my grandma's house on Hillside road. Mom also remembers...
