Toyo Murono Hill

We have many memories of Toyo from looking out at her in our audience, laughing and then listening very intently, applauding to serving us the finest meal we've ever had in Bay city, MI. Our thoughts are with all the family and especially Arthur and Alan.

We had the privilege to get to know Toyo shortly after everyone moved to Bay City. Our sons went to school together while we were on home assignement from Japan. Her friendship, spontaneity and vitality meant a lot to us. When we went to visit her this past January she couldn't speak any more, but she had a tear in one eye when she saw me. I prayed with her and she wanted to say something. We send our deepest condolences to the family.We know that with her faith in Christ, she is now healed...

To Toyo's Family,
I knew Toyo back in the Cub Scout days with Arthur, at Mackensen. She was a very brave and couragiuos woman. She taught the boys yoga during a lock-in sleep over and the kids said that was the best thing the had ever learned. I'm sure you can just picture her in the center of 50 cub scouts teaching yoga. She has touched many lives and will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. Sue
