Tracey E. Packard

From an old school friend of both Dave and Mark, I send my deepest sympathy to both the Packard and Duhamel families.

Tracey was my niece, my brother Greg Dyer's daughter, and she was almost to the day a year older than my own daughter. While I hadn't seen Tracey in years, she was often in my thoughts. I am sorry for your family's loss.
