My sister (Julie) and I lived two doors down from Tracey growing up in Sterling. The four of us, me, my sister, Kimberly and Tracey spent more the a few summers playing along the river in Gregden Shores. Tracey was the youngest but he was tough and fearless, willing to do everything the older kids did. He often times was better at it too.
