For the family..
I am so sorry for your loss.. She was a great person and is truy missed..

Traci was a wonderful lady and will be missed by all of us.

Traci was selfless. She did so many things for me in my life. She always accepted me for who I was and I told her many secrets. She shared everything and anything she had with me. She held me when I was scared....wiped my tears....fed me when I was hungry...gave me the best advice....she loved me unconditionaly. My heart is broken and a piece of me is gone forever. Traci touched so many peoples lives from the day she was born, through her nursing career, and through her battle with cancer....

When God opened HIS hand for you to come home He took you to a place where pain and suffering no longer exists. I thank God for allowing our paths to cross knowing He has a purpose and plan for everything HE does.i will truly miss you my friend you may be gone but you will never be forgotten. I look forward to the day when our paths shall cross again. I will continually keep this family in my daily prayers. May God keep His Angels surrounded around the entire FAMILY.

The Hammond family is a deeply ingrained part of my childhood. I always admired the deep bond shared by the three sisters. I, being an only child, was in awe of a family so close and happy all the time. The love was truly felt in their home. I was so glad to have recently reconnected thru facebook, and now, am deeply sorrowful for their loss. Traci was a part of something I have always admired and I am sorry we didn't get a chance to all get together one more time. My thoughts and prayers are...

Heaven is rejoicing for the angel it has gained. Your footprints are inbedded in my heart. Until we meet again my dear friend! I pray for peace and comfort for you all. God bless.
