Ms. Tracy M. Edwards was born in Tampa, FL; On, Thursday, September 24, 1970, to the proud parentage of Mr. Jimmy Dean Edwards & Mrs. Willie Mae Upshaw-Edwards. Tracy was a 1988 high school graduate of Tampa Bay Technical High School and furthered her education attending Florida School of Business completing as a certified Nursing Assistant. She later became employed at a local nursing facility around the Tampa Bay area.
