Tracy Devona Meredith
Age 45, was called home February 7, 2016. She was a graduate of Lew Wallace High School class of 1988. She attended Ivy Tech, receiving her Associate Degree in Medical Assisting and she was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

Tracy Devona is survived by her loving parents, Cleophas and Closetta Meredith; daughters, Talecia and Taquelia Meredith; grandchildren, Jay`Lynn and Jay`Ceon Shackleford; brother, Cleophas (Jackie) Meredith Jr. and sisters, Tanya (Nate) Lowery, Tina and Tiffany Meredith; special love, Eugene West and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation – Smith, Bizzell and Warner Funeral Home Friday, February 12, 2016 from 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. (family hour 6-8 p.m.) Funeral services Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 12 p.m. at Van Buren Missionary Baptist Church, 2585 Van Buren St., Gary, Indiana.
Reverend Dwight Mobley officiating. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery.
