Not sure what to say?

Dear Family of Mr. Trammell Crow, it saddened me to hear that Mr. Crow passed on my birthday, January 14th, though I didn't know him personally, but my heart saddened, when I heard the news. My prayers and thoughts go out to the family. When I first saw the words "Trammell Crow" back in the 60's, all I thought of was that name is a strong name, I believe it will be very powerful and lucky. I admire the name on several buildings as I was growing up and really respected the name to whoever...

Mr. Trammell Crow was always very gracious to me. I worked as a fund-raiser for the NAACP, and came to know Mr. Crow very well after he loaned the Plano NAACP branch his small glass building downtown, he expressed that he had no idea what he built it for, but that gave him some idea.
From time to time he would call and casually chat with me at my insurance agency, always just very professionally as we were both interested in talking "politics". I had over the years understood that he was...

I worked for the Dallas Market Center in the office that was responsible for the building of the Anatole. It was so exciting to meet so many wonderful people. Mr. Crow was always dropping in for meetings and each time he never failed to be gracious to all no matter how hectic his day was...there was magic in this gentle giant of a man.....He not only built large buildings but also built many people's careers into what they are today....His...

Back in 1982 when I first hired in, I remember that Mr. Crow provided a freshly made lunch of soup, salad, and cookies free of charge every day to his employees in the small company lunch room. Not only that, he would come in often and sit down with us and have that same soup and salad talking about whatever was on his mind or simply listen to our conversations. That scenario says everything about a giant of a man who cared deeply for his employees and wanted to be where his people were. ...

God Bless...
He left us an image of a man who created the skyline of a city....
whenever I look at the skyline, I think there is no other in the world.. like there will be no other such Great man...God Blessed Dallas with Mr Crow's heart....

We appreciate the legacy of Mr. Crowe's life.

I worked at the Loews Anatole in the eighties as secretary to the general manager. Mr. Crow came by occasionally and I was always impressed that he took the time to greet me. I will always remember him as a big, strong person. My condolences to the family.

I was fortunate to have dealt with him at one time and found him to be a very cordial person. Sincerely

Dear Crow Family

It was both an honor and a great education working for The Trammell Crow Company for 17 years from 1985 to 2002. The most important knowledge Trammell generously shared were life lessons: Do the right thing because it's right; Love each other; Be humble; Be persistent; You are responsible for you; Be fair and generous...

Thanks for sharing him with us. We all carry a piece of him inside us.
