Our deepest sympathies to Trannie's family. She was a sweet, unique individual whom I admired and cherished. I first met her after her severe automobile accident back in the late 1970's or early 1980's when she had both legs broken, and was in a wheelchair. She was very resilient and resourceful, and had such a great, positive attitude. Walter Henley and I went to Trannie's house to learn how she was managing (she lived alone at that time, and had been working up until the accident if my memory serves correctly). I can remember her showing us how she turned on the window air conditioning unit with a hoe handle, and retrieved items out of her chest-type freezer with a spatula -- both from her wheelchair! She was a great lady, and we could all learn some lessons from her about how to deal graciously with adversity. Thank you for the opportunity to remember her.

John 14:1-4
Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God[; trust also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.
Tim and family you are in are thoughts and prayers.

I can't begin to describe what this woman, my aunt meant to me. She held my hand when I was small and taught me things as I grew. She was a wonderful person and I'm going to miss her so much. My heart is heavy as I know I must say goodbye. I love you Aunt Trannie and will miss you so much.
