BETTS (Travis):
The Mayor, Councillors and Staff at The City of Bayswater extend their sincere condolences to family and friends on the tragic passing of Travis.
As a past Young Citizen of the Year, Skate Park Management Committee Member and Youth Advisory Councillor Member, Travis will be forever remembered for his dedication, commitment and contributions within the City of Bayswater.

BETTS (Travis ): Fond memories of working with Travis on Bayswater Council skatepark committee and Boomshanka. He will be sadly missed. A wonderful young man taken far too soon. Deepest sympathy to his family.
