Not sure what to say?

I know this site will be taken down tomorrow, but I still wanted to say that I can't help but to think of you. Things aren't going to be the same and I've realized that, but still have yet to accept it. I really miss you.

Travis you are a amazing person i miss you every day. You were a great friend and i will never forget you and the crazy things you would do. Like sneak into my house steal my mircowave and run I really miss you. And you are a great Marine and i was lucky to have you in my life

I had the distinct pleasure of serving with Travis during our OIF 05-07 deployment with 2nd Battalion 8th Marines. Travis carried a spirit about him that did not matter what was going on he could make those surrounding him forget long enough to laugh. My prayers go out to the Brake family as he will never be forgotten.

My prayers go out to the family...I knew Travis as a kid...its been forever I was really sad to hear he was no longer with us...but I know he is in a better place...He was a great person...always smiling and laughing...he will be missed.

He was a good friend, and a very happy and kind person in general. I will miss the guy. My prayers go out to him and his family..

Travis, You were our families hero. You touched so many, We all Love and miss you very much. You are a awesome cousin!

I meet Travis in Nov 05 and the first time we talked i knew we were going to be friends. We were great friends and i will miss him. He had a good heart and we were always laughing about something. I will miss our conversations together. Rest In Peace my friend

SGT BRAKE...WOW, MY YOUNG MARINE IN 2/8 WILL BE MISSED BY AN UNCOUNTABLE NUMBER OF MARINES. HE IS ONE I COULD COUNT ON, THAT I PUSHED ON TO STRENGTHEN AND TO NO SURPRISE HE OVERCAME EACH AND EVERY OBSTACLE IN HIS PATH. I TOOK HIM TO MARSOC WITH ME AND THERE, WITH NO SURPRISE, HE WAS A STAR...A SMALL UNIT LEADER WITH THE EXPERIENCE, ENERGY, MATURITY AND COMMON SENSE OUTLOOK THAT TOOK CARE OF HIS MARINES AND ACCOMPLISHED EACH AND EVERY MISSION IN THE HIGHEST OF STANDARDS...WHICH IS ALL A TRUE...

Travis and I were close friends. We lived, served and partied together. I hope he is in a better place. I will miss him always.
