Travis E. Hornback, 34 of Evansville, passed away Tuesday afternoon November 18, 2014 at Deaconess Hospital. He was born July 5, 1980 in Evansville, the son of Richard and Sue (Ervin) Hornback.
Travis had worked construction. He loved working with cars and animals, especially dogs.
He is survived by his mother, Sue Hornback of Evansville; his father, Richard Hornback of Mt. Vernon; aunts and uncles, Craig and Claire Ervin, Connie and Richard Cappelletti, Pete and Sharon Smith, Doug and Denise Patten, John Hornback, Joan Hornback, John and Teresa (Hornback) Walthers, Larry and Vicki Hornback, and Dan and Rhoda Hornback; cousins, Sarah Hubert, Kristen Short, Dane and Alex Patten and numerous other cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Herbert and Louise Woods, Dee Goshorn and Marion and Martha Hornback.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday November 22, 2014 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home at 1330 E. 4th St., Mt. Vernon, IN. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of services.
