I look up my family tree, and i found out that Travis was my cousin. He went to my school. I never even got to know him before he was killed. I really wish I would've know that he was my cousin before he was killed. I wish I coud've gotten to know him. He was a great njrotc cadet and a great marine. We are all proud of him. I just hope that people can tell me about him.

Although we haven't met, my son graduated USMC boot camp the same day Travis did. Last December we were filled with pride for what these young Marines had accomplished and what they were dedicating their lives to. I can't begin to imagine your grief over the loss of Travis. As a mother of a 19 year old who has yet to be deployed my heart breaks for your loss. If Travis is like my son, his commitment to this country and its freedom is what...
