Not sure what to say?

The small that make other happy. I never knew he was ill. When ever we worship together, we had a blessed time.

It doesn´t seem that long. Travis was one of my Battalion CSMs. He was one of calming influence and rarely became upset. Through our time as comrades, we developed a friendship and I miss that guy. Every time I visited that neighborhood, make a U-turn at the corner where he lived, I´m reminded of a special human being - Travis Steele.

Rev Steele you are truly missed.

May the Legacy that he built and encourage others live forever. May the Family know that he lived and built his hope and dreams that they would have a better life. CSM Steele May not being perfect Man but a Man after the heart of gold with his own faults and issues. We all have some, but we can learn from his style and class God is in control All in His hand. See you around Family with Love. Myself and Steele walked the Combat Zone together many of day and nights, and God kept us alive in...

To me, he was great christen brother. And I love him as a brother. We had some worship time together. Some good times in the name of Jesus. I all way told him I wish we was the same size. Oh my Lord he could dress. It hurt me like a real blood brother when he went home to be with Jesus. But I;m looking forward to seeing again. May the good Lord bless his family.

It still seems like it was just yesterday. My thoughts and prayers continue to go out to the family of a great man. Continue to fly high

I remember my first day working at MPSD as he gave me a hug to make me feel welcome. Air Assault CSM

I don't know a lot of people in Clarksville, but when you meet a nice person with a kind word or smile to say to you, you remember that person. I am just learning of this young man's passing today. I pray strength for his family as well as his church family.

I am so saddened to just learn of CSM Steele's passing. He has been a true friend to Fisher House and we will always remember him fondly.
