My love and prayers go out to Toby´s family. My late husband Jerry Kauhane loved working for Toby and he was kind enough to allow us to hold his Celebration of Life at Germaine´s Luau in 2011. He was a wonderful man and always very kind to me. I worked for United Airlines and one of our sales reps Jack Ercanbrack who has since passed away , always talked very highly of Toby and met to have lunch with him often. Toby has apparently touched many in a wonderful way. My condolences. Linda Kauhane
