Dear Trevor was the Kindest and `Goodest´ Dr and Person there could ever be and I so give Thanks that he choose TeAnau to practice. I looked forward to the Day Jann that I would one day see you both while walking on our east coast beach where I would simply say "Thank You" to him but wasnt to be. Love and Hugs to you all on this a very sad day indeed xx
