Triestina Gigliotti

Triestiana and I worked together for many years at Grace Food Service-Springfield college. She was my friend and a dear. The management always loved it when she made a special tossed salad for our lunch or stuffed mushrooms and of course our holiday gift of Italian cookies. We spent time together at her house making homemade pasta and then laying it out on a towel on a spare bed to dry. She'll always be missed by me.
