I just recalled something Dr. Trow told us about 51 years ago in a political science course he taught at Holy Cross College. Trowbridge was a sweet gentleman, he lived next door to my office on 599 Chapel Street, ScapellinoRealtors, I believe I rented the apt to him/. always pleasant and always with his pup I am sure he will be sorely missed..
