As a kid I knew and Troy he was a genuine good person,

We are so very saddened to hear of Troy's passing. My father, Ed Mulgrew and I, Kelly (Mulgrew) Covert, wish to pass along our heart felt condolences. We remember your family with great fondness, as we have thought about you many times over the years. May you find peace in your memories, and may they bring a smile when you think of him. Sending most positive thoughts and energy to you all.

I Am deeply saddened and heartbroken to hear about Troy's passing. We went to School together from Elementary to High School. He was always such a sweetheart. Total Cowboy❤ I had not seen him since the 80's. He came into my shop to get a haircut about 6 months ago. He was in town visiting his parents. He looked great! Was as happy to see me as I was to see him. I am so grateful that I was able to see him and give him a haircut. We talked about stuff. I prayed with him. My deepest condolences...
