Mr Troy was a kind man. He really took care of your hair and he was the consummate business owner. He established the bar for the professional operation of black beauty salon as far as I’m concerned.

In his prime Mr Troy was ‘THE MAN’. My hair was wine in color, a honey blond, auburn., highlights of varying color I always got rave reviews. And yes he could be a prima donna. It didn’t matter because I was a client for 40+ years.

To Marsha and Troy's family you have my condolences on Troy's passing.
I always admired Troy with his passion in teaching myself and others the latest haircutting styles. He was always there helping with the Continuing Education workshops and if anyone was having a difficult time with the latest trend. You could always count on Troy helping you out with judging the Student competitions. God bless his family at this sad time of his passing. Vickie Cade
