Dear Grandpa Troy,
You are always in our hearts and minds. Although, you've left us physically, you are always with us. I would like to thank you for always having the best advice and the positive influences that you had on me and especially my dad! I would like to thank you for all that you did in the community, your Cleveland district & the Ohio House of Reps. The old store is still there next to the old Phyliss Wheatley building. They even named a section of I-490 in your honour....
