You have my deep and sincere condolences.
Troy Lindquist was a great Diplomatic Courier, an outstanding Director of the Diplomatic Courier Service and a friend. He was a good man who sadly died way too young. All of us will miss the effortless grace and courteous goodwill that he always displayed during the many years that we knew him as a colleague in the Diplomatic Courier Service.

This picture was from the day I met Troy. "Hey, nice Swallowtail" quickly turned a new friend. The next time I saw Troy I was spending the night at his home after an open invitation. The next day was spent doing run after run with buddy Allen Johnson at Brighton before dropping me off at the airport. Of course we had to have a some expensive scotch before departing.
