I've know Troy for over seven years. He was a man of integrity and honesty and was full of energy. We worked in buildings adjacent to each other and I would always salute him as I walked to our common mail boxes, with his return salute. I will think of him every time I take that walk. He was a very solid citizen and simply a very good guy. We will all miss him and know he is now in a better place. He is probably working on some type of re-model project in heaven, and talking God's ear...
