Troy L. Stamper

I wish to extend my condolences to the Entire Stamper Family. I work with Troy on several Pipeline Projects in NJ since the early 1960s and including his last 42" Job in 2014. We shared the "Same Birthday" of October 20th (along with Mickey Mantle - Oct 20th but all in different years). Troy is one of the few folks who can say 'He was there when I went into Army in '65 and He was there when I got back from Vietnam in '67.
