Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathy to the Willey family. I went to Gulf High School with Troy and attended some classes with him at St. Petersburg Junior College. He was always fun to be around and had a good heart. I was so sorry to hear of his passing.

With Sincere sympathy to the family of Troy Willey.

Our heart felt blessings,
The DeBock family.

Our deepest sympathies to Beth, Jack and the rest of the Willey family. Troy will truly be missed. He was so generous in helping us take care of our mom and all he did will never be forgotten. There's not a time that I can look back in my life and not think of the fun we all had together. Even at the most difficult times, he could manage to make people smile. We are sorry for your loss.

Jenny, Kerry (Saddler), and Emily(Wood)

I will always remember Troy as the brightest light in a room full of people. Troy was always looking to put smiles on people’s faces. I never saw Troy have a bad intention; he was truly a cult of personality…. The world is less a place with his passing.

Celebrate Troys life - he touched many people with his care of others, generosity, and fun style. He will be surely missed by all.

The Quintanilla Family

I went to Gulf High School with Troy and remember him as a very outgoing, funny guy. We hung out at the 10 year reunion and he was still as I remembered. I am saddened that he has passed away and hope that he is in a good place now. I send warmest sympathy to his wife, son and family that survive him. He will always be remembered. Sincerely, Terri Woods-Skapik
