Trudye Morris

My 4 th grade teacher,to this day she represents what a teacher needs to be like in every way.she is a benchmark in my life,she was impressive ,I'll never forget her kindness and professionalism. Her family and friends were lucky to have her so long.What a privilege and honor for all of you.my heartfelt condolences to her daughter Laura.GOD BLESS.

I did not know Trudye but she was a former member of Lamar-Delta Retired Teachers and School Employee Association (LD-RTSEA) in Paris. We were thankful she chose to be a part of our organization and more importantly to be a servant to students for many years. It sounds like she lived a good life and was a caregiver not only to students but to family as well. May the Lord comfort you at this time and bless you with precious memories of her.

Trudye was such a remarkable woman! We shared so many fun and sometimes sad times with her. She had an unfailing faith and was deeply love by all those who knew her.We are better persons because we knew her. We send our love and prayers to Laurie, Trey and Shonna!

Trudye was my favorite teacher of all times. I think she was a beginning teacher the year I had her in fourth grade. She made learning so much fun. I kept up with her until the last few years, I guess when she moved from Paris.
