Twyla Lucas Giles ELIZABETH CITY - Twyla Lucas Giles, 66, of the 600 block of Old U.S. Hwy. 17 South, died Dec. 8, 2008. A memorial service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in First Church of the Nazarene. Twiford Funeral Home, Elizabeth City, is in charge.
