Dear the Trahan Family, Tyler is still remembered and his legacy will live forever within the EOD community. After reading this log book and seeing other post that were written by EOD Techs who have fallen after Tyler it is extremely moving and compelled me to write down my condolences as well. These men are remembered and thought of daily. Though Tyler was before my time, after reading so much about him over the years he sounds like an amazing human and operator. One of Tyler´s pull up bars...

I found about Tyler through my friend Jordan Stevenson. He posted something about him and I looked Tyler up and here I am. My Grandma Lora Mae told him, you won't come home and he...

Add me to the never ending list of those who did not know Tyler J. Trahan but would want his loved ones to know that I too came across his name and know of his Service to America. He will live forever in the hearts and minds of those her served for. We need not know him to remember him forever . . . And we will.

I watched the movie Valor tonight and when they showed the credits they showed the names of all that had fought the ultimate battle! My eyes caught a glimpse of the name Tyler J. Trahan. My mothers maiden name is Trahan and we are from Louisiana. I had to look deeper into this young mans life? I felt compelled to sign this guest book and thank him for the sacrifice he made for "me"! I am truly humbled even though I have never met him nor even seen a picture of him. After reading all the...
