Not sure what to say?

He was my second cousin. We had the same birthday, April 22. He passed away on my daughter’s birthday, March 10. I only met him once, but spoke with him several times. He was a wonderful man, Kathy Schultz Goldman

We were pre-veterinary medical students at Iowa State and living in the same dormitory - but he left to go to medical school. He was more serious and studious than we were - I see he endowed a chair at the Iowa State College of Veterinary Medicine - Thank you

Sorry to hear of Tyrone's passing. My siblings and our families send our best wishes to the family.

He had a laugh that was unique and adorable. As a young nursing student he made learning fun. He will remain an enduring memory to so many, those he helped and those he inspired.

It saddened me to hear of Dr. Artz passing, my thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He was a great Dr. That saved me from loosing my hand when I was just 14 year's old, I'm 51 now and still have a wonderful work of art to thank him for.

Dr. Artz helped both of my sons when they were born by checking them for hip dysplasia. His expertise saved both of them from future hip problems. Thank you, Dr. Artz.

Dr. Tyrone Artz made a huge difference in my life. I met him when he first arrived in Wichita from Iowa. I was lucky enough to be assigned as his medical assistant @ the Wichita Clinic in 1975 (?). He encouraged me to return to college . While I was earning my degree in nursing at WSU, Dr. Artz allowed me to work in his office whenever I could squeeze in the time. One of the hardest decision I ever had to make was to leave that office practice and start my nursing career at St. Francis. He...

My thoughts and prayers to the family of Dr. Artz. I remember him as a kind, compassionate doctor. He was always respectful of all, including us nurses. RIP

To the family and friends of Dr.Atz: May the grace and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with all of you at this time of grief. I too had the honor of working with him in the OR. He was truly a visionary, and consumnate professional, providing Wichita with skilled and compassionate Othopaedic care. Always learning, always teaching,a gentleman, & so funnny! You will be missed..
