Feb. 3, 1974 - Jan. 21, 2011 Services will be at noon Thursday at Penny Lane C.O.C. Interment will be in Faith Memorial Park. Mr. Orr will lie in repose one hour prior to services. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Royal Chapel.
