Joy, we have many dear memories of Ty and you and the kids and grands are all in our prayers. There was no one like Ty. He spent a lot of time working with big Mike and young Mike and his laugh and silly antics when he would come in off a job could make anyone laugh! Every time he came into the office, he would stick his head over the wall of my cubicle to say hey to Ms.B. Our kids loved him, our nephew Bill played football with him and loved him, and we´ll all miss him, but we know we´ll see...

I only had the pleasure of meeting Ty through his wife Joy whom I worked with at the college. Joy I am so sorry for your loss. Rest in peace and may God watch over your family.

I known Tyrone threw school. He was a great guy and funny too.

I met Ty in West End in March of 1999 and we became very close instantly. He had the biggest heart and would do anything for anybody. I hadn't seen him in years and a couple months back I ran out of gas and it just happened to be right in front of his house. I knocked on his door and he drove me to the gas station. It was great seeing and talking to him again and it was like we had been in touch for years. RIP my brother. I'll always cherish the friendship we had. So sorry for your loss Joy...
