Ulice was born in Marshall, Texas on April 4, 1937 to proud parents R V and Vera Williams. Cat Man was loved by many and will be truly missed by his family and friends. Mr. Williams was a longtime customer and always such a delight when he came in the office. He was the sweetest man and I will miss his warm smile and kind heart.
