I miss you so much, my sweet, beloved mother. You're always on my mind. My True North. My protector. Throughout my life you were the one and only constant even when we were far apart. Always the same. Same address. Same big heart. Same big love. Thank you, mamma. I love you. Always and forever. acn

I am so sorry. I remember how enthusiastic and supportive she was of my artistic pursuits. I remember when she called me at my museum job to congratulate me on our entry in the Cows on Parade public art project in Chicago. That was nice.

My mom had this photo in her home office - it was the first thing you saw when you walked in. I always loved Ulla-Britt's calligraphy - I think I kept everything she ever sent me! And her Christmas tree with all the hand-made ornaments inspired my tradition of an annual cross-stitch ornament. So many wonderful memories of holiday visits, summertime swim dates and playing with the cats (and Cleo!). She will be missed. Our sincere condolences - from the Helling and Cecchini families.

Ulla-Britt was the best volunteer at the Zimmerli and then fellow employee and friend for more than 30 years. She was always supportive of the museum in spirit and work and always a warm presence at the museum's reception desk. I have wonderful, fond memories of beautiful Ulla-Britt! Dennis

Ulla-Britt was a bright and creative presence during my time working at the Zimmerli Art Museum. I remember her thoughtfulness. She will be missed.

The news of Ulla-Britt's passing was not unexpected, but is still heartbreaking to hear. Ulla-Britt was warm, welcoming, artistic and beautiful. She was mom's best friend for over 50 years and now I hope they are together in heaven. Ulla-Britt was lovingly cared for by her children, Anna and Per. Condolences to the Faiella family. Love and hugs, Eva and Randy
