Dr Walkins was the only doctor gave me a job at Family Medical Care I will always cherish this in my heart

I work for Family Care Medical clinic for 5 years he gave me my first job graduating from medical school thank you Dr Watkins I became his assistant director

Dr. Watkins, I will never forget you, Faye and Urban. Working with you in the early 90´s you always opened the doors to give me a job when I needed employment. It was a normal day when his office had plenty of children needing healthcare. He would not turn down anyone. I am almost 60 yrs old and still remember working at the clinic with all the wonderful staff. Dr. Watkins, thank you for all the memories

Resting with Katie Watkins

I just found out about this loving, caring, great man passing away. I use to work for "Doc" at the hair product company also at the building he had that others rented for parties many years ago. He was such a kind person and cared about people. If I didnt have the money for my children r myself to see him die to sickness he never turned us down. He helped so many people here on earth and I know he was rewarded in heaven. Rest in peace my dear friend.U will always be missed, remembered and loved.

Another painful enduring and challenging year since your home going that we've all experienced. We miss your weird sense of humor dreadfully at this time. Somehow with your OCD you would have found some humor in this. I pray that we will have the strength and be as strong as you always were. We miss you "Doc" we really do. Heaven gained a great guy through it all.
