Although I didn't know Bob too well, his positive attitude and always willing to help me and the other members of the Skagit Valley Genealogical Society were such a blessing! He is now in the hands of God and some day we shall meet again! He will certainly be missed.

I am very saddened that Bob has left us although he has had a hard battle this past month or two. Bob has been very active in the Whatcom Society having served many years on their board of directors and as past president. I believe he had also servied as their program chair person.
Bob has served as president, and many other positions on the Washington State Genealogical Society Board of Directors and was coordinator for the Annual Award presentations of WSGS for the past 10 years or...

Bob was always very helpful to me in my quest for family genealogy information. I will always be grateful to him for this, and for his generous leadership in the Whatcom Genealogy Society.
