I served under him in OP-35 (1982-84)...learning from him how to be a gentleman and a Naval Officer. He is at the top of the list of leaders that I have met in my Naval and civilian career. Penny and children should know, people like him have been welcomed by God as a Saint in Heaven. God Bless you all.
