V. Beverly Hueske

I knew Beverly from the time that she and Ben arrived in the Arcata area. During the time that I was the Chairman of the Division of Physical Sciences and later the Dean of the School of Sciences at Humboldt State University, Beverly became my principal secretary. She played a most part in helping make these organizations function effectively.
Frequently I would see Beverly and Ben at breakfast or out shopping. A lively and interesting conversation always resulted. I will miss her.

Lynn and I always felt blessed that we lived near you and Bev when we first moved to McKinleyville and I always looked forward to seeing Bev up at HSU. She was alway so helpful to me as a new faculty member and filled me in on how things worked there. I am so glad we got to see you at Dean's service and we will miss Bev very much.

We are so sorry to hear of your loss. I remenber growing up on Ocean Drive in Mckinleyville and admiring just what a special person that Bev was. She always had a positive or encouraging word for my siblings and I when we would see her and Ben. Please know that our prayers are with you all is this most difficult time.
